Torean Trekking Route

Mount Rinjani has another amazing path called the Torean trekking route. It is very different from Sembalun and Senaru.For a long time, only local hunters and traditional healers used this path. Today, it is a famous route for hikers who love adventure. It is often called the "Jurassic Park" route because it looks like a ancient world.

The Deep River Valley

The Torean route does not have flat fields or thick jungles. Instead, you walk through a giant, deep river valley.The trail goes along the side of huge green cliffs. The view is incredibly dramatic. The valley walls are very high, and a beautiful river flows right at the bottom.

Beautiful Waterfalls

The Natural Hot Springs

Near the end of the valley, you will reach Segara Anak Lake. Before you get to the lake, you will find natural hot springs.The water here is warm and contains sulfur. Many hikers take a dip here to relax. It feels great on your sore muscles after a long day of walking.

A Unique Adventure
