Day 0. Pick up – Senaru Guest House.

  • Lembar to Senaru village, approximately 2,5 hours by private car
  • Mataram/ Senggigi to Senaru village, approximately 2 hours by private car
  • Teluk Kode/ Bangsal Harbor to Senaru village is approximately an hour and 25 minutes by private car

Day 1. Sembalun Village to Crater Rim Sembalun

  • Distance: ~10 km (6–7 hours).
  • Activity: Register at the Rinjani Information Center (1,051m). Hike through open savanna and steep hills to reach the Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639m) for a sunset view over the lake and summit.

Day 2. Summit Push, Lake Segara Anak, and Hot Springs

  • 02:30 AM: Wake up for the 3-hour trek to the Rinjani Summit (3,726m) for sunrise.
  • Morning: Descend back to the rim for breakfast, then trek down into the caldera to Lake Segara Anak (2,000m).
  • Afternoon: Relax in the natural hot springs near the lake and have lunch by the water.
  • Evening: Climb up to the Senaru Crater Rim (2,641m) for your second campsite, offering views of the lake from the opposite side.
