Detail itinerary – 5 Days Flores Overland trip

Day 01. Labuan Bajo – Denge – Wae Rebo Village

  • 07:30 – 08:30.  Hotel pick-up
  • 08:30 – 09:00. Office briefing
  • 09:00 – 11:15. Stop at Lembor Minimarket
  • 11:15 – 13:00. Lunch / prayer break
  • 13:00 – 14:00. Arrive at Denge Village (motorbike terminal)
  • 15:55 – 16:35. Arrive at Wae Rebo & welcome ceremony
  • 16:35 – 17:00. Free time / shower

Day 02. Wae Rebo Village – Lowok Beach – Nuca Molas – Ruteng

  • 06:00. Wake up and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Wae Rebo
  • 06:30. Breakfast with local villagers
  • 08:00. Trek down to Denge Village (± 2 hours)
  • 10:00. After lunch, depart for Nuca Molas by boat.
  • 12:00. Before arriving at the beach (approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour), enjoy photo stops with views of Nuca Molas from the boat.
  • 13:30. The first destination is Lowok Beach.
  • 14:00. Continue the journey to the Nuca Molas Lighthouse & Back to Denge
  • 15:30. Drive to Ruteng (± 1 hour)
  • 17:30. 18:00 – Arrive in Ruteng & hotel check-in
  • 19:00. Dinner & rest

Day 3. Ranamese Lake – Mausui Savanna – Wolobobo Hill

  • 06:30. Breakfast and check-out from hotel in Ruteng
  • 07:30. Drive to Ranamese Lake (± 45 minutes), a peaceful natural lake in the forest
  • 08:15. Photo stop & enjoy the scenery at Ranamese Lake
  • 09:00. Continue journey to Mausui Savanna
  • 12:00 – 13:30. Arrive in Bajawa, lunch & rest
  • 14:30 – 16:00. Explore Wolobobo Hill with scenic views of Mount Inerie
  • 17:00 – 18:00. Hotel check-in

Day 04. Avatar Hill – Traditional Bena Village – Green Stone Beach – Moni

  • 07:00. Breakfast & hotel check-out
  • 07:30 – 08:30. Visit Avatar Hill
  • 08:30 – 09:00. Drive to Bena Village
  • 09:00 – 10:00. Explore Bena Traditional Village
  • 10:00 – 12:00. Drive to Batu Biru Beach

Day 04. Mount Kelimutu – Airport Ende

  • 04:00. Start journey to Kelimutu (± 1.5 hours)
  • 05:00. Arrive at parking area, light trek to the summit
  • 05:30. Watch the sunrise at Kelimutu Three-Colored Lakes
  • 07:00. Trek back & have light breakfast at the base or hotel
  • 08:30. Return to Ende (± 1.5 hours)
  • 10:00. Arrive in Ende, end of the trip
  • Free time – Option to continue to the airport or personal accommodation
